The CAIA Scholarship Program was created over ten years ago under the direction of Stephen Boon, President Emeritus of CAIA, in memory of the untimely passing of Mr. James Ying who was a Marine Underwriter and an active member of the association.

Each year, scholarships will be awarded to students who demonstrate needs and excelling in an insurance related curriculum in higher education.
